Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

Pin Publisher (the "Service") is provided by SoftTech Corp Ltd, a company registered in Bangladesh ("we", "us", "our"). When you sign up for, open, or otherwise use the Service, you are entering into a binding agreement with SoftTech Corp Ltd on these Terms of Service. If anything here isn't something you're comfortable with, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pin Publisher is an independent Pinterest scheduling and automation tool. It lets you bring in pins, group them, and queue them for publication on Pinterest. We have no affiliation with Pinterest, Inc.

3. Account Registration

Using Pin Publisher means creating an account. Keeping your sign-in details private is on you — anything that happens under your account is treated as something you authorized. Please provide accurate, up-to-date details when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree you will not use Pin Publisher to:

• Publish anything that breaks Pinterest's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Share content that is illegal, dangerous, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Spam, mass-message, or otherwise automate abusive behavior on Pinterest.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service or Pinterest's own systems.
• Upload images, copy, or links you don't have the right to use.

5. Pinterest API & Third-Party Services

Pin Publisher reaches Pinterest through Pinterest's official API. Anything you do on Pinterest itself remains subject to Pinterest's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We can't be held responsible for Pinterest's uptime, API changes, or any restrictions Pinterest places on your account.

5a. Payments, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and is responsible for payment processing, billing, invoicing, subscription management, and sales tax / VAT / GST compliance.

By purchasing a paid Pin Publisher plan you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, which govern payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the in-app Billing page or via Paddle's customer portal at paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund requests should be submitted through Paddle in line with the Refund Policy referenced above.

6. Content Ownership

The content you upload stays yours. Uploading simply grants us a limited, purpose-bound license to store and transmit it while delivering the Service — for example, to actually post the pin to Pinterest at the scheduled time.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but we can't promise it'll never go down. Maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control may interrupt access. We also reserve the right to change, pause, or retire any part of the Service at any time.

8. Termination

We may pause or close your account if these Terms are broken. You can close your account yourself from the Settings page at any time. Once an account ends, scheduled pins stop publishing and your data may be removed per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pin Publisher is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind. We can't be held responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or restrictions Pinterest may apply to your account.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may evolve. We'll let you know about material changes by email or in-app notification, and continuing to use Pin Publisher after an update counts as accepting the new version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where SoftTech Corp Ltd is registered, setting aside any conflict-of-law principles.
