1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pin Publisher ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pin Publisher is a Pinterest scheduling and automation platform that allows users to import, organize, and schedule pins for publication to Pinterest. We are not affiliated with Pinterest, Inc.

3. Account Registration

To use Pin Publisher, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pin Publisher to:

• Post content that violates Pinterest's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Engage in spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or automated abuse of Pinterest's platform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service or Pinterest's systems.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or share.

5. Pinterest API & Third-Party Services

Pin Publisher uses the Pinterest API to publish pins on your behalf. Your use of Pinterest through Pin Publisher is subject to Pinterest's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Pinterest's availability, API changes, or account restrictions they may impose.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Pin Publisher. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., scheduling and publishing pins to Pinterest).

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your scheduled pins will no longer be published, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pin Publisher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or Pinterest account restrictions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Pin Publisher after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pin Publisher operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
